Allan Bloom has been practicing law in California since 1967. He has served as a Judge Pro Tempore and an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Municipal Court. He is currently a panel member of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Bloom’s practice emphasized business litigation, corporate and business planning, computer law and real property. A licensed California Real Estate Broker, he was also a lecturer for the Small Business Administration.
Mr. Bloom retired from the active practice of law in 2012 but still consults on various matters.
